My own healing journey began at 17 when I discovered meditation. Deep within my heart the questions arose, ‘What did I do wrong?’ ‘Did I do something to deserve this?’ ‘Why me?’
This enquiry set into motion a keen interest in numerous courses with many teachers including prominent leaders in their fields – Dr. Deepak Chopra, Caroline Myss and Anthony Robbins. My mind was opened to quantum physics, energy anatomy and the connection between our mind, body and spirit.
My journey led me to delve into my past and ‘heal the child within.’ I learnt to ‘walk the path of the wounded healer’ and to compassionately embrace, accept and integrate aspects of myself into a greater experience of wholeness, whilst gently remembering….
….The real essence of humanity is Love.
I have undertaken nearly 25 years of education, which has introduced me to a number of eastern and western teachings and modalities, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Reiki, Energy Healing, Sutra Meditation, Rebirthing Breathwork, Hawaiian Bodywork, Counseling, an Educator of intellectually challenged youth, and more recently The LifeLine Technique™.
My journey has guided me to remembering an innate gift in Hawaiian Ka Huna Massage, where I now practice as a practitioner of Hawaiian and Hot Stones Bodywork.

I was born in England and settled in Australia in 1996. James Redfield’s book THE CELESTINE PROPHECY was the inspiration for my ‘adventure’ to the Land of Oz. It has been a continual adventure of synchronicity, spiritual insights and self-discovery.
In Australia, I began to explore eastern metaphysical wisdom through meditation and the field of mind body medicine through Metaphysical Healing. I studied Chakra Balancing, Crystal Healing, NLP, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Rebirthing Breathwork and most recently The LifeLine Technique™.
I was able to use my personal toolkit for self-healing in April 2007 when I was diagnosed with cancer. I commenced a self-directed plan of action that included meditation, intentions, affirmations, breathing and rest. I had acupuncture in conjunction with chemotherapy. Within 4 months I was in remission.
I was the first patient in the 13 years experience of my cancer care coordinator to NOT require weekly booster injections to increase my white cell count. On a weekly basis, he would ask me what I was doing as my blood results were like someone who was on ‘placebo chemotherapy’.
From my personal experience I am convinced in the power of the mind body connection and the influences our beliefs have on our well-being and health. I am passionate about sharing my experience to inspire others to move beyond what they know.
I believe in the simplicity and power of intention, love and gratitude. I offer a special combination of the practical with the metaphysical.
