Nature in her Divine Wisdom beautifully reflects our innate gifts.
As Without… So Within…
- Do you need to feel more grounded?
- Do you need to access your inner strength?

Water: Symbolically represents our ability to “go with the flow.” Water gives us adaptability and will-power, time to pause and gather strength. In remembering to be conscious of water’s qualities in our lives, begin to feel a deeper connection with nature and the wisdom of our indigenous family who intimately know of our oneness with this most vital of elements.

Fire: A symbol of inspiration and passion, willpower and transformation/alchemy. Walk out into the sun and feel her radiance on your face. Absorb her warmth into yourself … Fire’s essence reflects the Divine spark within ourselves… for it represents the burning force in your soul …

Metal: Represents internal resolve and strength, self worth, vitality and endurance, the ability to let go of emotional upsets, as well as the ability to bend without breaking. It gives us our sense of value, our capacity to look at what lies beyond … the ability to spring back into shape, and recover one’s health …

Earth: Literally the ground on which the other 4 elements [Water ~ Fire ~ Metal ~ Wood] stand on, the pivot. The earth refers to the center … Balance … Grounded … Divine Feminine … Creator … Unconditional Love … Nurturing … Receiving …

Wood: The tree is an ideal representation of the wood element. Its nature is to be strong, with an energy that is outward and expansive. Symbolic of life and the process of renewing, growth, change and expansion. Wood refers to inner strength and stability, and resilience to flexibility … the planting of the seed, the moment of conception, the essence of creation …
