I decided to dive into The HeartBridge® Process ‘whole-heartedly’ in one day. I was having ‘stuff’ going on in my head about my relationship and my partner. I really get the 3 steps now that I’ve experienced them. I cleared my head with the Conscious Mind part. I got to release some feelings with the Conscious Heart… Wow! That breathing is powerful. Followed by the Conscious Body, the massage was so caring. I felt like a different man when I walked out. Thanks guys, you are amazing. Thanks and I’m still in my relationship.

I had a Lifeline Session with Martin and it was really an eye opener. I learnt so much about myself in the space of one and a half to two hours, than I would in any other therapy. Martin deals with the body’s subconscious, where our past experiences lay, including programmed belief systems that we all have, but may not be working for us. He also focuses on the body’s energy systems (the chakras). He then combines it all with harmony and love with a kinesiology appeal to heal and flow. In my session, Martin found out where my own underlying issues were and he worked on them to create flow or to release them altogether for the better. Subconsciously I had a few blockages, but at the end of my session, I felt really alive and free. The world is now my oyster, and I can now do anything. Martin is brilliant at what he does, and what he uncovers. He utilizes his intuition, and may try out different things that would work well for the client. I will return for another session, as there is so much more for me to unlock.
